TRAINING AND RECERTIFICATION
Why Fidelity Monitoring Matters
Successful family outcomes depend on program fidelity. Our training ensures facilitators and leadership implement the Nurturing Families™ model as designed, leading to stronger engagement, retention, and long-term impact.
- ✅ Consistent delivery across facilitators
- ✅ Tools to track family progress
- ✅ Ongoing leadership and supervisor support
- ✅ Continuous quality improvement for sustainability
We use the Nurturing Families™ Program to support parents referred by the courts or social services, as well as those simply wanting to strengthen their parenting. This program has been a trusted resource in North Dakota for decades, and we value Sonya’s continued support in helping us deliver it with fidelity.
